Your game stays yours.

Ruby Jump is a single-player game. You can play the installed app without creating an account or connecting to the internet.

Information in the game

The app saves your personal best locally on your device. It does not send that score to us. Ruby Jump does not include advertising, tracking or analytics SDKs, and does not request access to your contacts, camera, microphone or location.

Local storage

Your best score remains in the app's local storage until that storage is cleared. Removing the app may remove this information. Device backups and restores may be handled by your operating-system provider. The website uses browser local storage for its separate best score.

If you contact support

If you email support@rubyjump.com, we receive your email address, your message and any attachments you choose to send. We use that information to respond and investigate the issue. Email providers process those messages to deliver and store them. We retain support correspondence while it is needed to handle your enquiry and related follow-up. You can ask us to delete your correspondence, subject to any information we must retain by law.

The website and platform services

The website and these pages are delivered by a hosting provider. Visiting them sends standard connection information, such as your IP address and browser details, to that provider. The App Store, operating system and email service may process information under their own privacy policies. This policy describes Ruby Jump's game and support practices.

Children

The game does not ask players to provide personal information. A parent or guardian should contact us on behalf of a child who needs support. Please do not send a child's personal information unnecessarily.

Questions or changes

Contact support@rubyjump.com with privacy questions or requests. If the game's data practices change, we will update this policy and its date.
